- Booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
- Advance booking amount is non-refundable, unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing.

- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Shravani Farms will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
- Guests must follow all safety instructions and property rules, especially while using the swimming pool, BBQ equipment, music system, and other facilities.
- Any damage to property, equipment, furniture, or facilities caused by guests may be chargeable.
- Alcohol consumption, smoking, and loud music must be carried out only as permitted under applicable laws and property rules.
- Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel a stay in case of misconduct, illegal activities, or violation of property rules.
- Food, amenities, activities, and facilities are subject to availability and may be changed without prior notice.
- Guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of children accompanying them.
- By confirming the booking, guests acknowledge and agree to follow the terms, conditions, and rules of Shravani Farms.
