- Booking & Payment: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation after the required advance payment. Guests must provide correct booking details.
- Check-In & Check-Out: Guests must follow the check-in and check-out timings communicated during booking. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges, if applicable.
- Cancellation & Refund: Cancellation and refund terms will depend on the booking policy communicated at the time of reservation.
- Property & Facilities: Guests must use rooms, swimming pools, gardens, indoor games and other facilities responsibly. Any damage caused by negligence or intentional actions may be chargeable.
- Safety: Guests must follow all safety instructions. Children must remain under the supervision of parents or guardians, especially around swimming pools and recreational areas.
- Guest Conduct: Illegal activities, violence, harassment, excessive noise, prohibited substances and activities that disturb other guests or neighbours are not permitted.
- Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their valuables and personal belongings. Shravani Farms is not responsible for unattended items, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
- Pets: Pets are permitted only with prior approval from management and subject to applicable conditions.
- Facilities & Services: Facilities, activities, timings and services may change or become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, weather, safety concerns, government directions or circumstances beyond our control.
- Charges & Taxes: Applicable charges and government taxes, wherever required, will be communicated to guests before or during booking/payment.
Privacy: Guest information will be handled according to applicable law and the Shravani Farms Privacy Policy.
Legal Compliance: Guests must comply with applicable Indian and Maharashtra laws and all reasonable instructions issued by Shravani Farms management.
Disputes: These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws of India and Maharashtra. Disputes will be handled by the appropriate legal authorities/courts as permitted by law.
Changes to Terms: Shravani Farms may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on the website will apply to future bookings.
